Food & Beverage

At CHM our designers have worked on some exciting projects within the food & beverage sectors. The following are just a few notable clients.

United Fish Industries (UFI) & Pelagia Group Fish refinery
– Complete redesign of processing plant, Killybegs Ireland. Our designers had to site survey pipework, verify dimensions of new equipment & provide fabrication drawings for all new pipework. This info was then passed to our site installation team who installed all pipework, supports & associated equipment. Project was complete on time & within budget.

St. Brendan’s Irish cream liqueur Company
– We were tasked with site surveying & placement of new homogeniser. We used Plant 3D software to model pipework to show extent of pipework to be removed, & installation of new pipework.

Pharmaceutical

Our designers have specialised in piping design on some of the largest pharmaceutical projects in the UK & Ireland. Using Plant3D to model all piping systems & provide fabrication iso’s for construction. Semi-conductors / Data Centres

The CHM team have been involved in design on a major semi-conductor facility in Kildare, Ireland. We have also had a hand in helping a global engineering company with their piping design on various data centres throughout the UK. This involved extensive site surveying & use of 3D piping software to provide fabrication iso’s and update the client Navisworks model. These were long term projects & involved full routing of pipework, placing equipment & site installation.
