BIM Design

At CHM Engineering we aren’t just a mechanical & electrical installation company, we also have an experienced piping design team that have worked on numerous major projects across various sectors including Food & beverage, Pharma, semi-conductor, and oil & gas. We believe that this separates us from our competitors.

Our team will aid your design needs, using 3D software to produce accurate 3D models in Navisworks, and in-turn provide you with clear & concise isometrics for off-site fabrication.

We can host regular co-ordination meetings with other disciplines, to ensure a clash free design & most importantly, client satisfaction.

We will communicate with your fabrication/installation teams and put together suitable packages for off-site manufacturing prioritised by project schedule.

We find it extremely beneficial to have in-house design capabilities as the constant communication between office & site will ease the construction process, and overall, result in a more efficient and cost-effective project.
